What a flag is, and is not
A flag says an employer’s own certified filings stand out against the rest of the file. It is a reason to look closer, not a finding of a violation: wage levels describe the job as the employer certified it, and titles are not standardized across companies. Every number reproduces from the DOL workbooks, and the methodology states each rule. Employer-level only; we never profile individual workers.
